The southbound I-5 Carmenita Road off-ramp will be closed nightly, Sunday, April 12 through Thursday, April 16, between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. Visit the project page and Google Map for more information, including the recommended detour route.
In the coming months , crews will be preparing to shift traffic from the existing Carmenita Road bridge, to the new bridge which is being built alongside the original structure. The new bridge is expected to be finished by June. The traffic shift will include changes to the traffic pattern at Firestone Boulevard and Carmenita Road. More detailed information will be provided before the work is conducted.
