Crews completed work on driveways on Union Street, between San Antonio Drive and Paddison Avenue. Over the next two weeks crews will begin working on the concrete barrier between Union Street and the new Southbound Frontage Road.
Pile driving activity is underway along I-5 at both Imperial Highway and Norwalk Boulevard. This work is being conducted weekdays, between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. and will be ongoing for approximately the next two weeks. While pile driving is ongoing, crews may close one lane in each direction at both Imperial Highway and Norwalk Boulevard at I-5.
There will be a 15-hour extended full closure of northbound and southbound Pioneer Boulevard at I-5, from 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18 to noon on Saturday, Sept. 19. While this closure is in place, motorists will be detoured along the route highlighted below in blue.
The approximate closure area is highlighted in red, the recommended detour route is highlighted in blue.
